Description: Project included lowering and repairing 14 primary and secondary cyclones; repairing the false head and plenum; installing 568 hydrocarbon sparger arms; opening, cleaning and closing a 260-foot absorber tower containing 110 trays; dropping the burner on the waste-heater boiler; modifying and repairing boiler internals; completing 600 field welds.
This is one of the best (turnarounds) I have been involved with. Your inspectors performed above and beyond the call of duty by keeping up with welding and mechanical QA/QC. A special thanks goes to the tower crew, who performed better than any of the past companies we have used. Also, your women and men brought the hole watch business up to a new level. I had a good feeling about being inside while these folks took care of the outside.
